Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated on the Shopping Cart page.
• Free ground shipping on orders over $199.99 (US only). Heavier items are excluded. If your order contains multiple products, contact us to minimize shipping rates.

Please note! Additional fees apply for freight services like lift gate, inside delivery, and residential delivery. The freight company determines these fees.

• Our shipping rates apply to the 48 contiguous states in the continental USA, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. Rates for these locations are calculated at checkout.
• Orders shipped outside the continental US will have additional shipping charges. We will contact you for approval before processing the order.

Important! We do not ship on weekends (Monday-Friday only, 5 business days).

Oversize Items: Some products may require special shipping due to weight or dimensions. If your order contains an oversize item, a GerDentUSA customer service representative will contact you before processing the order.

Order Processing Time

We take approximately 1-2 business days to process your order, assuming in-stock merchandise and successful address verification and payment processing.

Domestic Shipping

Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1-6 business days. We do not process or ship on weekends or major holidays. Depending on the chosen shipping method, orders may be delivered on weekends. We will contact you via email if any exceptions occur.

Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

• International shipping costs depend on your order's size and destination.
• All international orders are processed within 7-20 business days.
• A flat fee of $62 applies for the first pound, with an additional $7 per pound for items with tracking.
