Returns & Restocking Fee Information

Instruments may be returned only if they are in their original condition and accompanied by all original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns and will be deducted from the refund. Items received without original packaging or showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return or refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
