Return Policy

  • We will happily refund or exchange any purchased product in its original condition by bank transfer payment method within 30 days.
  • No Returns without our authorization.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 15 days after issuance with original packaging only.
  • Defective merchandise will be exchanged within the first seven days of receipt.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Damaged Products:

Upon arrival, please inspect your package thoroughly. If it's defective, notify us within 2 business days of delivery by contacting at 516 593 7100. We will replace the product and cover all shipping costs.

Returning Products:

If you find that a product you've received doesn't fit or doesn't meet your expectations, you can typically return it. The product must be in its original packaging and include all instruction/warranty paperwork. Please note that we do not provide shipping labels; it is the customer's responsibility to arrange and cover shipping costs for the return. Additionally, the product must be clean, unused, and in its original condition.

To initiate a return, please log in to your GerDentUSA™ account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from your orders section, or you can call us at 516 593 7100. You must request an RMA within 10 days of receiving the product. Returns sent back without an RMA number may not be properly identified, and in such cases, refunds will not be issued.

Restocking Fees:

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Diagnostic testing supplies
  • Refurbished products
  • All parts order

RMA Number:

Clearly mark the RMA number on each return package. Items without an RMA will be refused and returned to you. Returned products must be new and in original packaging with all paperwork. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Credits and Refunds:

We will credit your purchase (excluding shipping and any applicable restocking fee) upon receiving the product in new condition. For check payments, expect a refund check within 2 weeks of receiving the return.

Order Cancellations:

Contact us at 516 593 7100 immediately to cancel an order. We'll try to stop the shipment, but there's no guarantee if it's already processed. A 20% cancellation fee applies to processed orders. Shipped orders are subject to regular return procedures and fees. Non-returnable products cannot be canceled once shipped, and custom orders cannot be canceled once processed and assembly begins.

Please Note:

Do not refuse parcels. Many products have different return addresses. Refusing a shipment incurs a 30% restocking fee and all shipping costs. Additionally, packages without an RMA may not be identified as returns, and no credit will be issued.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, products, shipping times, and advertisements due to errors or discontinuations.
