Elastic Separating Pliers

Elastic Separating Pliers are used to hold and spread elastics during placement. In cases where band spaces are required before band placement, a separating elastic interproximal is done by separating pliers. Overall instrument length is 15.5 cm.

These pliers feature tapered tips and long barrel-shaped for excellent accessibility and placement in any mouth quadrant. The tips are grooved, and beaks are angled in some cases in order to prevent the slippage until elastic is ready to use. A screw may control the opening width in some patterns.
